Hearing Voices Group

Hearing Voices Groups are grounded in the principles of self-help, mutual respect, and empathy. They offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can share their experiences and support one another. Each group runs for 10 weeks, providing a consistent and supportive environment where trust and connection can grow over time.

These groups are peer-led and focus on social connection, understanding, and belonging, rather than therapy or treatment. While they are not clinical in nature, they give participants the opportunity to explore and make sense of their experiences, develop coping strategies, and regain a sense of power and control in their lives. Over the 10 weeks, participants often find that being heard and understood by others with similar experiences can be deeply validating and trans-formative.

Please Note: This is a closed group designed specifically for individuals who hear voices. To maintain a safe and supportive environment, only those who have registered and received confirmation of placement will be admitted to the group.
