Supporting someone living with mental illness can bring questions, challenges, and experiences that are difficult to navigate alone. Family Support Group provides a supportive space to connect with others who have similar experiences.
Led by trained family facilitators, meetings provide time for conversation, shared learning, and mutual support. Participants are welcome to share their experiences, listen to others, ask questions, or simply join the conversation at their own comfort level.
