I joined Hope For Mental Health in October, 2025 as a Website Navigator. I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Mount Allison University in May, 2025 with a major in English and a minor in Psychology. Through my own lived experiences with mental health and those of my friends and family, I have found that it can be challenging to navigate on your own. It can be especially daunting when taking the first step in seeking support, which is why I am excited to begin this journey of contributing to the initiatives supporting mental health in our community.
